The gold standard in color guard, sewn flags piece together various colors and textures to create a vibrant effect, on the field or floor. Pricing for these flags will vary depending on quantity, size, and the complexity of the design. Minimum of 3 per size and color, with a $5.00 price break for 10 or more flags.
Choose from fabrics such as 100% Poly China Silk, Genuine Tissue Lamé, Metallic Ultra Lamé, and Mardi Gras Lamé.

Digital Flags.

Digitally printed flags use our cutting-edge print process to create fully saturated colors on both sides of the fabric. Interlock double needle seams with high-quality, clear monofilament thread ensure flags won’t fray under normal use. There are no minimums on digital flags, with price breaks for additional flags. Fabric choices include poly china silk, Metallic Ultra Lamé, Iridescent Ice, Crystal Clear Lamé, and Flag Twinkle. All digitally printed flags are machine washable and won’t fade or bleed.

Hybrid Flags.

Hybrid flags offer the best of both worlds with the shine of metallics and a digital print’s flexibility. Band Shoppe’s hybrid flags are sewn using the same field-tested techniques as our regular sewn flags including strong double-layered headers, bartack reinforced stress points, interlock double needle seams, and clear monofilament seams. Pricing for these flags will vary depending on quantity, size, and the complexity of the design. Minimum of 3 per size and color, with a $5.00 price break for 10+ flags.
All custom-sewn flags can be made into a hybrid flag; just let us know which pieces should contain a print. FABRIC SWATCHES
We recommend ordering fabric swatches. While Band Shoppe strives to represent colors as accurately as possible, colors and textures look quite different in person.
Our Fabric Swatch Rings feature our most popular fabric, Poly China Silk and Genuine Tissue Lamè. Don’t forget to ask our Sales Team about other flag fabrics, including new colors of Metallic Ultra Lamè along with Crystal Clear Lamè, Mardi Gras Lamè, Prism Fire, Hologram Lamè, Iridescent Ice, and Flag Twinkle.

STANDARD FLAG SIZES

The left number is the header length (sleeve), and the right number is the flag width to its furthest point, including 3″ for the width of the header.
Custom sizes are available upon request.
FASTENER OPTIONS
Band Shoppe sews the soft side (loop side) hook & loop and a tab fastener into the headers of every flag. Hook side strips are sold separately. Hook and loop fasteners are an industry standard because of their easy on/off. Tab fasteners, available on request, must be secured to flags with tape.

Ordering Your Next Custom Flag Is Easy!
- Contact – Speak with our Sales Team about designs, fabrics, and color options. You can send us your original concept, visit our design gallery, and choose a pattern, or let us create something for you!
- Sketches – Based on the information provided by your Sales Representative, our in-house Design Team will draw a full-color sketch for your approval. You can make changes until everything looks just right.
- Refine – Once your sketch is approved and payment is submitted, a sample of your item may be made for further review. You can make additional changes at this point.
- Ship! – Your full order will go into production after receiving the final approval. Depending on the kind of fabrics you choose, timelines will vary. Our manufacturing schedule reflects production time only and doesn’t include the sketching and approval process or shipment time. To avoid delays, we suggest ordering early.
