Print File Specs
For the best print quality, we recommend using vector files in ai, eps, or pdf formats (preferred). Raster photos and illustrations should be high-resolution at least 300 dpi in jpg, psd, tif image files. Complex logos, intricate artwork, or design requests requiring a lot of time to recreate may be subject to additional design fees.

We cannot print images that are subject to trademark or copyright, including logos, movie posters or stills, popular illustrations, or anything related to a product or brand without expressed permission from the copyright holder. We strongly encourage customers to use a reliable stock image source for obtaining images to avoid copyright infringement.

Pantone (PMS) Color Refrences
Matching colors across different manufacturers and printing systems can be challenging. That’s where the Pantone Matching System (PMS) comes in. Many schools and organizations use PMS codes as part of their brand standards—for example, the Kansas City Chiefs use PMS 1235 for gold.
We strive for accurate color matching, but on-screen previews may not perfectly reflect the final product. These are for reference only. If an exact match is needed, we may ask for a physical sample.
