Can Band Shoppe design a flag for me?

Absolutely! Our team will work with you to create the perfect custom design. Provide us with your show theme and colors, and we will do the rest. Our questionnaire linked below will help you better communicate your needs. Our free design service includes full-color sketches.

Do you have templates I can use?

You can download our Custom Flag Design Guide for free! Our Design Guide includes helpful tips for sewn and digitally printed flags, templates including all nine (9) of our standard flag shapes, and a summarized Pantone Color Guide (for reference only).

Is there a minimum quantity for Custom Flags?

Custom Sewn and Hybrid Flags require a minimum order of three (3) flags per style and color. Order 10 or more per style or color of our sewn or hybrid flags, and receive a $5.00 per flag quantity discount!

Custom Digital Flags do not have a minimum requirement.

Can I order an addition to my previous order?

Band Shoppe will gladly manufacture additional flags to match the style of those purchased in a previous order. Remember, we consider additions as a new order and will subject them to normal production times and minimums.

If you need to duplicate an item, please send us a sample as quickly as possible to avoid delays.

When will my order ship?

Marching band, color guard, and winter guard are highly seasonal activities. As a result, production time will vary. Be sure to check our manufacturing schedule. Remember to include plenty of time for the sketching process and for shipping. Samples are not required but are, of course, recommended.

Payment options include PO, Credit Card, and PayPal.

Can I return a custom printed or sewn flag?

All custom uniforms are made-to-order for your group, we cannot accept returns on these items. Band Shoppe does, however, offer a 30 day Return policy on most in stock items.

If an item is incorrect, defective, or damaged, contact Customer Care at (800)457-3501 or email wecare@bandshoppe.com within five (5) days of delivery. Closeout items are non-returnable.
