Synthetic Discovery Series FPY30 Orff Mallet from Promark features a head wrapped with long-lasting four-ply synthetic and wool-blend yarn that allows for a soft, full tone. Discovery Series mallets exhibit exceptional quality and unequaled durability with fiberglass handles fitted with rubber grips that won’t come off.
All Discovery Series mallets are color-coded for fast, easy selection of mallets.
Promark mallet cores are injection molded in-house using a patented insert design. The mallets are then threaded onto shafts and bonded with epoxy. A proprietary wrapping method allows for variable tension, angle, and index throughout every layer of yarn, which significantly extends the life of the mallet and improves consistency.
