Because all Band Shoppe custom uniforms are made-to-order just for your group, we cannot accept returns on these items. If an item is incorrect, defective, or damaged, please contact our Customer Care Team at (800)457-3501 or email wecare@bandshoppe.com within five (5) days of delivery.
