Star Line’s Fire Baton Box is the perfect metal box made to transport your fire batons with no black smudges to your clothing or gear. Powder coated black inside and out for durability, the sturdy box is made with heavy duty piano hinges, two secure toggle latches, and a top folding pull handle. Lightweight, this carrying box weighs in at only 5 lbs. Star Line’s Fire Baton Box will hold up to eight 24″ batons, six 26″ batons, six 28″ batons, OR six 30″ batons. 6 to 8 baton total capacity. Measures 31″ long × 4″ × 3½” tall.

*Band Shoppe strongly suggests taking student measurements for the most accurate sizing.
Have the student stand with legs together, back straight, and twirling arm extended parallel with the floor. Using a cloth measuring tape, measure from the base of the neck to the tip of the middle finger – the result is your suggested baton length. If the number falls between lengths, size up.
Note:Â Some groups prefer the method of measuring from the under-arm to the end of the middle finger. Consult your group leader before using this method.
If you cannot take measurements, please refer to the guidelines below: If the twirler is tall for their age, add 1 to 2 inches. If they are small for their age, subtract 1 to 2 inches. These suggested lengths are based on the average student. These guidelines are not a guarantee that the baton will be at the preferred length of the twirler.
