Installation Instructions
Note, these instructions are for standard lyre boxes. If you have any questions about a specific instrument, please contact our Sales Team.
Trumpet: On the third valve slide ring, loosen the screw to open the entry point for the lyre. Feed the lyre between the lead pipe and the hornpipe to insert the bent portion of the lyre into the holder. Tighten the screw until the lyre is secure.
Clarinet With Ring: On the lower joint of the clarinet, place the ring of the lyre around the metal ring on the lower joint. Tighten the lyre screw (just like you would a ligature) until secure. Connect the upper and lower joints of the clarinet.
