Can Band Shoppe design a uniform for me?

Absolutely! Our team will work with you to create the perfect custom design. Provide us with your show theme and colors, and we will do the rest. Our questionnaire linked below will help you better communicate your needs. Our free design service includes full-color sketches.

Do you have templates I can use?

Sure! You can download our Color Guard Design Guide or Marching Band Design Guide for free! Our Design Guides include common customization options, helpful tips, and templates, including male and female figures, along with a summarized Pantone Color Guide (reference only).

Is there a minimum quantity for Custom Uniforms?

Custom Marching Band and Color Guard Uniforms require a minimum order of three (3) per style and color.

Are Custom Uniforms covered under a warranty?

Yes! All items purchased from Band Shoppe are covered under a one-year limited warranty. Contact our Sales Team for more information.

Can I order an addition to my previous order?

Band Shoppe will gladly manufacture additional uniforms to match the style of those purchased in a previous order. Remember, additions are considered a new order and will be subject to normal production times and minimums.

You may be asked to send us a sample of the item to be duplicated. If so, please send it to us as quickly as possible to avoid delays.

How soon will my order ship?

Because of the seasonal nature of marching band, color guard, and winter guard, production time will vary. Be sure to check our manufacturing schedule. Remember to include plenty of time for the sketching process and for shipping. Samples are recommended but not required.

Payment options include PO, Credit Card, and PayPal.

Can custom uniforms be returned?

Because all custom uniforms are made-to-order for your group, we cannot accept returns on these items. Band Shoppe does, however, offer a 30 day Return policy on most in stock items.

If an item is incorrect, defective, or damaged, contact Customer Care at (800)457-3501 or email [email protected] within five (5) days of delivery. Closeout items are non-returnable.
