Once you’ve taken the measurements, our Sales Team will determine the best size for each of performer. Band Shoppe offers the widest range of sizes in the industry!

MEASURING
Use a flexible measuring tape and only measure over tight-fitting clothes when taking your measurements so that you. This will ensure the most accurate measurements for a great-fitting uniform.

DON’T pull the tape too tight
| HEAD | Measure around the head above the ears and eyebrow ridges. |
| CHEST | With arms at sides, measure around the fullest area of the chest with the tape parallel to the floor. |
| WAIST | Measure around the narrowest area of the natural waist at the navel. |
| HIPS | With heels together, measure around the fullest area of the hips. |
| INSEAM | Measure along the inside of the leg from the crotch to the bottom of the ankle bone. |
| GIRTH | Measure from the center of one shoulder through the crotch and up to the same shoulder. |
| BACK | Measure from the base of the neck to the natural waistline. |
