Terms and Conditions for Easy Print Uniforms
Minimum Order Quantity
- A minimum order quantity of 3 items per style per color is required for Easy Print uniforms.
Fabric Restrictions
- Easy Print uniforms cannot contain more than one type of fabric per style, except for mesh skirts available for unitards.
Samples and Strike-Offs
- Sample uniforms are not available for Easy Print garments.
- Print samples may be available upon request.
- Print off samples must be requested at the time of the order and cannot be requested once the order is in production.
Order Changes and Cancellations
- Orders cannot be changed or canceled once in production.
Returns and Exchanges
- Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order Placement
- Orders are placed on our production schedule once we receive your sketch approval, size roster, and full payment.
- Additions or any late information will be considered new orders and placed on the production schedule accordingly.
Reorders and Additions
- Additions and reorders are available with a minimum order of 3 pieces of the same style and color.
Fabric Availability and Color Matching
- We make every reasonable effort to ensure consistent fabric availability and accurate color matching. However, due to variations in monitor displays, we cannot guarantee a perfect match between on-screen colors and the final printed product.
