Can I add my team logo to Juice apparel?

Yes. Upload your logo requesting your free sketch. Our team can incorporate your logo into your custom design.

What are the accepted file types for vector art?

We accept .AI, .EPS or a high resolution PDF file. If you are not able to provide the vector art and would like us to help create it, we do offer that service for an additional fee.

I don’t have a vector file of my mascot, do you have options I can choose from?

Yes, Champro has 138 stock mascots to choose from, just let us know which one you’d like to use and we’ll do the rest.

Can I choose my own team colors?

Champro can do custom colors in Juice sublimated products, though we must print and send a physical swatch for approval beforehand. This can often add a few weeks of lead time to a Juice order. To avoid complications and additional lead time, we highly encourage customers to choose similar colors from the comprehensive palette of Champro Juice colors.

Can I add decoration to the back of my jersey or jacket?

Absolutely! You can add logos, names, numbers, and text to the back of your Juice apparel at no additional cost. Simply let our Sales Team know what you’d like included when you submit your sketch request.

What is the minimum requirement for a new order?

New Juice orders have a six piece minimum or there is a 25% up-charge per piece. There is no minimum on add-orders.

How much is shipping with Champro?

Juice orders all ship two day air. There is no shipping fee for orders over $200. For order $199 to $100 there is a $10 shipping fee. All orders under $100 incur a $15 shipping fee.

If I place a Juice order now, when will it ship?

The Standard lead time for a Juice order is 15 business days from the time of final art approval. If you need your order faster, Champro offers an Express service which is 10 business days or Express Plus service which is 5 business days from the time of final art approval. Additional fees may apply, daily cutoff for approvals is 4:00 p.m. CST.

How do I care for my Juice products?

Follow the care instructions below.
• Do not dry clean.
• Do not wash in hot water.
• Do not use chlorine bleach.
• Do not wash whites and colors together.
• Do not dry on HIGH heat. Excessive heat may cause fabric shrinkage and color change.
• Do not put Juice garments through a screen print dryer.
• Champro and Band Shoppe is not responsible for damage to apparel as a result of improper care.
