American Hickory System Blue DC51 Drumsticks from Promark are a hickory drumstick designed to give you maximum control. A slightly smaller of the DC50 model, this drumstick is easy to control between diverse musical passages, featuring a slightly smalled diameter and a unique reversed-triangle wood tip for maximum articulation even at very soft dynamics. A short taper keeps the weight of the sticks in the front while helping them to last longer against rimshots. Made of American Hickory, the most popular wood choice for drumsticks because of to its resilience, responsiveness, durability, and classic feel.
System Blue Products are researched, developed, and performance tested by the 19-time World Champion Blue Devils Drum and Bugle Corps and are created with marching band and drum corps players in mind. Produced in-house at Promark’s Texas facility.
